He has very strong connections with big enterprises in Taiwan including electronics, food and shipping. His style is very disciplined, yet dynamic and creative. He has experiences in bringing a company from loss to triple its net profit within two years.  Since starting his consulting career, he has been successful in more than 60 cases, extending from electronics, machinery, precision instruments to shipping and service sectors. He is specialized in system development, accounting, project management and Lean. He is also an excellent trainer in management subjects. Mr. Wu is one the forerunners in promoting ToC concepts and practices in China and Hong Kong.
